AI now sits in almost every senior remit at Australia's biggest employers. People chiefs are redesigning jobs around it, and data chiefs are putting agents into production.
We screened about 90 names from 2025 and 2026 appointment coverage, company leadership pages, awards, and the leaders' own posts and talks. Every name needed a current Australian role at a private company, ASX group or multinational with more than 200 people, plus public evidence of AI work they lead. We left out anyone already on our Top 20 CIOs or Top 20 Heads of L&D lists.
Inside you get a one-page profile of each of the 50, grouped by role and presented A-Z with no ranking. Each one covers the AI work they have shipped and why they are worth a follow.
