Asia's biggest companies are running AI at a scale few Western firms match. Banks run thousands of models, telcos put agents in front of millions of customers, and manufacturers let staff build their own apps.
We screened more than 100 names from 2025 and 2026 appointment coverage, company leadership pages, filings, awards, and the leaders' own posts and talks. Every name needed a current top technology, data or AI role at a large company or public agency in Asia, one per organisation, plus a sourced AI signal from the last 12 months. Australia is excluded.
